CHALLENGEAs a leader in food supplements and as well established brand in the US, BioSil had decided to also focus on the European market with their scientifically proven collagen generator. As unknown product and because the anti-aging solution doesn’t offer an immediate result, BioSil is being challenged to convince their target group to try the product and but also stick with it for a longer time. The aim of this collaboration was to enter to market with an owned shop instead of a retail model and to create long-term happy customers.
WORKOur team has created the full Marketing Strategy of BioSil Europe with a step-by-step plan to enter this new market. The creation of the owned European webshop, was the first accomplishment to introduce and distribute the product. To guarantee a long-term customer relationship, the second step was to create CRM activities like customer newsletters and follow-up actions and promotions. The latest new step was to develop a full social media strategy and platform, this as part of the advertising strategy and to increase brand awareness and brand value.
