CHALLENGEThrough a proactive conversation with adidas SEA, Wunderman identified a desire and need for a digital solution that would enable people to receive product recommendations based on activity, needs and physical attributes, as well as enable people to browse through the different products and learn about their features, through beautifully designed content that ‘glamorize’ their shoes.
WORKWunderman conducted online research and a survey, one-on-one interviews and store visits.
The solution became an in-store shelf-mounted tablet that allows consumers to receive product recommendations based on a series of questions regarding their nature of use, physical attributes and goals/needs, as well as browsing through products to learn more about models they find interesting.
RESULTSWith the perfect recommendation on hand, customers are now better equipped before making their purchase. Launched in 5 stores, in just 2 months the digital shelf tablets scored:

- 620,000+ screen views
